Since it was on clearance, I bought the bright yellow for biking so I could be easily seen while commuting. This shirt is so soft, so comfortable and breathable that I bought a white one for hiking & around town in hot weather. Just ordered my 3rd one in blue. It's rare to have such a nice selection of colors in plus sizes. Thanks REI!
I love that it doesn't look like a work out shirt. The vents at the underarms help keep you cool and don't retain odor like some of the other REI shirts I have. The neckline gather is a nice touch and fits nicely so it stays in place while biking or leaning forward for those of us who still like to be modest.
The material and shape make for a great fit. It is not so loose that it moves too much but isn't clingy either. The length is flattering also - covers enough without being too long and getting in the way as you move.

Really cute work-out top. This top has a scoop neckline with some gathers in front; this not only makes it kind of stylish but also helps keep it from clinging to your bra when you get sweaty.
It's a nice length, and doesn't seem to ride up. There are mesh panels under the arms, which is a nice touch.

I was looking for a workout shirt with a looser fit. This shirt was very loose in the body--too large for me. I liked the blue color, but the tops of the sleeves were too tight while the bottoms of the sleeves flapped in the wind. I have muscular shoulders and arms. If you have small shoulders and large arms this shirt might fit you.
BOTTOM LINE  No, I would not recommend this to a friend
