What is your return policy?
100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your REI purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund. Items must be returned within a year of purchase, except items purchased from REI-OUTLET which must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Read more about our return policy.

What is my membership number?
Forgot your member number? No problem. You can look up your member number online from the REI Member Support page. You can also look up your member number right from your iPhone or Android device using the REI mobile app.
How much dividend do I have?
We thought you'd want to know! It's easy to check your dividend online, as long as you have linked your membership number to your Online Account. You can even check your dividend from your iPhone or Android device using the REI mobile app so you can keep track of your current balance from anywhere.
How do I cancel my class registration?
If you realize that you can't make a class that you've signed up for, you can cancel or transfer a class/event by calling your local store and speaking with one of our customer service specialists.

REI gift cards are a great idea for all the outdoor enthusiasts in your life. You can purchase traditional REI gift cards or REI e-gift cards in any amount from $10 to $1000.
Need it fast? REI e-gift cards are emailed directly to the recipients and usually arrive within 24 hours. REI gift cards are sent via first class mail and usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days.
